In this class you will learn how to create a rain effect in Photoshop CC. First we will change a bit the colours and tones of the image using Hue Saturation adjustment layer and Curves. Then we will create a brush and made a rain with Motion Blur. On the third step we will add a clouds and play with a colour again, using Gradient map adjustment layer.
