The Arnoldrenderer product team is pleased to announce the availability of Arnold (or HtoA) 5.1.0 for Houdini. This release uses Arnold 6.0.2.0, OpenVDB 4.0.0 and Arnold-USD (bed10088).

Features
- #1128 Adding USD procedural support. The arnold_procedural OBJ node supports rendering and visualization of USD files using the Geometry File parameter.
- #1384 IPR for the usd procedural update on frame change.
- #1380 Add the auto_instancing toggle to arnold_procedural OTL to enable auto-instancing of duplicate Arnold procedural nodes created when using .ass files.
- #1336 Add the string_replace operator which matches and replaces parts of string parameters, optionally depending on the OS Arnold is running on.
- #1369 Adding tilt/shift options for perspective render camera to control lens tilt angles with respect to the projection plane. This is useful in architectural renderings to compensate perspective transformation for vertical lines.
- #1375 Add radial_distortion_type to perspective render camera.
Arnold for Houdini (HtoA) provides a bridge to the Arnold renderer from within the standard Houdini interface.
