Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 15.2.1
Siemens PLM Software is pleased to announce the availability of Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 15.2.1, is a discrete-event simulation tool that helps you to create digital models of logistic systems (such as production), so that you can explore a system's characteristics and optimize its performance.
What's new in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 15.2 . As most notable topics the version includes:
- Dismantle table for the Dismantle Station - for an easy control to which successors disassembled parts shall be moved
- Splitting of track or conveyor objects into 2 separated objects - for a simplified modification of an existing layout with length-oriented objects
- A table-based driving path definition for free on the floor driving AGV, which is similar to the segment definition of length-oriented objects
- The pick&place robot recognizes now also robot graphics with six-axis kinematics
- Connectors can now be used to directly connect objects in a sub-frame, avoiding in many cases the cumbersome use of interface objects
- Improved model update functionality when using the Teamcenter Wizard to access manufacturing data in Teamcenter
