Shoviv Exchange Recovery is one of the options at your disposal, a relatively simple application designed to extract e-mail data from Exchange databases and allow you to export it to a number of formats.

Once you have completed the fairly straightforward installation process, you will need to locate the EDB file you wish to process, as well as the STM file for Exchange Server 2003 or older.
