Unlike a lot of people who have posted these in the past, I have actually understood and put into practice the principles behind excellent vision.


It takes effort. It takes time. But, it is completely worth it and you don't have to pay $6k for lasik that fundamentally alters the lens of your eyes and only improves your vision temporarily without addressing the issues that weakened the eyes in the first place.
