The Economist magazine says the world's most valuable resource is no longer oil, but data. Hence organizations world over are looking at having quality data so that they can get good insights and make the right business decisions. While almost everyone talks of quality data, each one has his or her own interpretation of quality data. Very few can exactly define what quality data is all about. In this backdrop, this training - Data Quality Insights has 3 main parts. The first part talks about the definition of data, the key characteristics of enterprise data, and the three ways business data can be classified. The second section looks at the data quality such as the three key attributes of sample data and the twelve key dimensions of data quality. The third part will summarize the discussion and talk about the next steps.
