We go over how to decide how much of each herb to use and how to write out your herbal recipes. Then we discuss the various remedies that you might turn your recipes into and steps to consider should you need to change or improve your formula.At the end of this course, there is a downloadable Quick Guide PDF with notes from the entire course so that you can refer back to the information as often as you need!This course does not cover the steps to making the various herbal remedies, but rather the steps to take to come up with custom herbal recipes that have specific targets and actions.
