Whether you're a beginner and have never done a handstand, or you're an advanced practitioner and have prior experience with handstands, this plan will provide you with all that you need to get inverted and play in space. Not only will you enjoy practicing with one of the best in the field, but learning the freestanding handstand will lay a solid foundation for you to learn many other types of inversions in the future.
Just as we learned to walk first by building strength, then crawling, and eventually walking, this plan is organized into a series of video progressions to help you advance through various staging of starting and eventually holding a freestanding handstand. As you make progress in your handstand, use the bonus handstand practice to practice what you've learned in an actual Yoga flow.
The handstand is one of the most coveted poses in Yoga, and one of the most fun body movements to learn. Enjoy the process and have fun getting upside down!
