Shuttle racking system is easily used, first use forklift to position shuttle vehicle in the front of the rail, the section of rail is inclined to make it easier for the trolley to come in and put goods in the primary position of rail. Then press remote control to let loaded pallet to run on the rail and completed storage. When pick up goods, put trolley in and press pick up remote control button to complete this movement. The shuttle vehicle can automatically change A/ B surface to realize both ends of rail storage and pickup of goods.

The shuttle vehicle can automatically store and pick up designated quantity of goods, when people wait the forklift or need to organize the warehouse, the shuttle vehicle can make the far end pallets on the rail to be moved to 2 ends pickup section and increase efficiency.

HD shuttle vehicle also has calculation function. It can calculate the real pallet quantity in each row and also the in and out quantity during certain time intervals.this is good for the warehouse intelligent management in statistics accuracy.
